Welcome on my webpage!
I am an assistant professor (maître de conférences) at Nantes Université, within the Laboratoire de mathématiques Jean Leray.
Before, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Statify, a joint team of INRIA Grenoble Alpes and Laboratoire Jean Kuntzmann.
In January 2025, I completed my PhD in the INRIA Saclay team OPIS under the supervision of Emilie Chouzenoux and Víctor Elvira.
My current research spans the following themes:
- Monte Carlo methods and algorithms in computational statistics, focusing in particular on adaptive importance sampling and variational inference,
- Stochastic optimization algorithms and convex analysis, especially in non-Euclidean settings (mirror descent, natural gradient, generalized convexity,...),
- Optimal control and viability of dynamical systems.
